Almost done with baseline diet. Just need a little help tweaking it.

I created my baseline diet on an excel spreadsheet. I found this was very easy for adding up macros and what not and it looks a lot nicer.

I am trying to lose about 15% or more body fat. Right now I'm prolly round 30%. Please post any suggestions. Thanks.

There you go. I had to convert it to pdf format in order to upload it. I guess they don't allow you to upload the excel format. The only formulas i use were = sum(Highlight all the boxes you want to sum up, if they're not all in a row just click one and enter (+) sign and click the other one). The other one I used was just = number*number or = number/number. Thanks for any help. If someone can recommend a good file hosting site I could upload the xls sheet there.
 
At first glance, you need alot more veggies (only see green beans in one meal) i'd add at least two more servings of veggies through out the day.

Also what is pepperridge farm? deli meat?

also, the WW bagel PWO. i'd ditch this and replace it with either oats or oat bran. If your going for a insulin spike go with a plain bagel. Get rid of the almonds PWO, add some simple sugars pwo (honey, banana, blueberries, gatorade)

Also what is your weight and bf %?
 
At least his only veggie was green beans, as opposed to limas! Yuck!

Judging by the protein and the carb content, it's bread.
