alright so heres what i dont get

i ordered at the end of **** and i got my ancillaries in a very short time. i recieved tracking for the 2 packages i recieved and checked them and they were not shipped from ******. im dont think i can say where but it was shipped from a different continent altogether. maybe this was the new location everyone has been talking about? yet everytime i open a ticket or ask a rep, i get told that the packages are held up in ****. so what exactly is going on? im still waiting on all my actual gear along with some AIs which altogether cost me several hundred dollars. its been over 5 weeks since my status was marked as shipped and i have barely anything to show for it.

Well, William and James copied a response and paste it into every ticket indescriminately, yet we are supposed to give them credit for "customer support"..for some weird reason lol.

We are all wondering what is going on bro, the "problem" was "fixed" weeks ago, and no one has their gear. I feel for you on the monetary investment...I am roughly $2,000 in the hole.

Bro you have to understand something about these reps. I did this and it has saved me alot of time and headache. These Reps do not know whats going on as in where your package is. They are only reps for the company! this means (im sure you already know) that they were once just posters on this site, went with naps a few times, gave reviews on the products and were most likely confronted by other reps of the company to be representatives of the company. They dont know where the packages are at. this is why they say its pointless to bitch at them. The only people you can bitch at are Williams Kind Regards and maybe fuck around with the customer service reps on the website lol but these two guys GXR and Anabolic dont know anything about packages ONLY what they are told to say what the company tells them. July orders according to GXR went out from a different locale. How long customs hold them, they are in transit is not up to us.
