Stuck in a rut? You guys have to try this. I had a medicine ball today and played around with it for a bit and did a couple sets of these. Any ball will suffice as long as it is sufficiently hard to resist breaking or deforming much when you hit it.
Pushup position with one hand on the ball.
Explode upwards and while in midair, pass/roll the ball over to the other hand.
Come down and land with the other hand on the ball.
Repeat, passing back to the first hand.
Toughest horizontal pushups I've ever done. You guys have to try this.
