How does everyone receive adequate fibre when cutting? I imagine keto diets would make this difficult, but even carb cycling limits fibre-rich sources.
For instance, when I was cutting recently I carb cycled, and had no carb days (more like no grain...I took in a fair bit of leafy greens and other veges and allowed myself 2 cups of milk a day because I love it..it gave me a total of 65g carbs), low-carb days (for training days), and then refeeds. While the low-carb and refeeds were of course fine for fibre, my no-carb days gave me only 16g fibre. On these sources my only obvious sources of fibre were spinach, broccoli, natural PB, and various other veges.
Are there fibre supplements? How does everyone keep their fibre up when on low-carb diets?
