I have just started lifting, done allot of research because the last diet I did I didnt do much research and harmed my body, I am 5ft10 140lbs age 18 male, I started lifting 5 days a week and just got my whey just now too... I have been lifting a bit in the past but nothing much, now I am going full blast on the lifting and making sure I follow everything correctly, when I first started my arms used to feel very very sore but now I am lifting heavy 3 sets 8-12 reps and spending 1 hour in the gym 5 days a week doing different body parts and my arms dont feel as bad as they used to, they feel a bit weaker but nothing major like the first few times, should I be geting sore arms all the time or is this only first few time? Should I increase the weight more?
PS I had been having ALLOT of protein (200-250 grams) I am nly 140lbs and I take about 250g carbs on workout days too.
Also nothing to do with this but I have been told I need about 70g fat, I have been having to start drinking stuff like whole milk and having butter to get upto 70g I am also eating 2500-2700 cals a day even on off days should I stuff fat down me to get the 70g or should it be ok at about 50g?
