My situation is this: our club baseball season (college) starts in 2 weeks, and I've been working on "getting bigger." Now, since the season is coming up soon, would I be wasting my time and energy trying to maintain that or should I switch into a more conditioning mode to stay solid? I'm a pitcher, so I'm in no way shape or form "big" compared to you guys. I guess I just need a little guidance as to what I should turn my routine into. Shed some light for me people, please.
