In general I don't trust the NY Times. The NY Times also has a history of right-wing and Neo-Con influence. For example the 1980s false articles on Central America that were published even though editors knew they were false, and also the infamous Judith Miller articles after 9/11.
Some "liberal" elements, in addition to Conservative, Neo-Con and Zionist bias.
