I am 6'-0" and currently 183# and around 13% BF. When I started bulking about 2 months ago, I was at 175#. My goal is to be 200# with a BF of around 8%. Would it be best to bulk to 210# and cut back to 200# in one shabang or bulk to 195#, cut to 190#, bulk to 200#, cut to 195#, etc.? In other words, would putting on the above be handled best with one phase of bulking and one of cutting or in multiple phases?
