Amp Wheybolic Or Optimum 100% Whey?

what are your thoughts between Amp wheybolic extreme and optimum whey protein? which one do you think is better why or why not?

optimum are a pretty quality brand, i use their L-glutamine and it seems to work the best for me, so i dont see why their protein wouldn't be a high quality also
