today is my first day of ams products 4ad and deca vol heard some good stuff and alot of dogging on it. I am currently boxing but strength training three days a week on top of boxing three or four days a week. Im going to record what i do today on a max bassis and then get back to you guys on the results next week....... any tips on a good prohormone or gear for uping my aggression and strength in boxing>?
