I was in my local supermarket in England and I came across a producted called Dunns River Nurishment it's 81p a can which is $1.20c I think ( did I put that right)

Well each 420ml can gives us 21g protein, 61.3 g carbs ( the same of which sugars) and 11g of fat.

It's made with whole milk, skimmed milk, sugar, milk protein concentrate, vitamin and mineral blend, salt colours and flavours

Do you reckon it's a good as myoplex?

I don't like the fact that is has fat, so using it post w/o is pretty much out of the picture.

Using it during the day, is pretty much a no-no because of the large amount of sugars/carbs.

Is there ever a good reason to have that much sugar? Could it be beneficial (for muscle gains), or is it pretty much good for nothing?
I used to take a weightgainer with a similar amount of sugar, but I changed since then cos it seemed like too much...

I got it for the fact that it has alot of protein and carbs in it, I rarely check the sugar content of products. Is sugar that bad? I am 17 and I weight 126 lbs
