Sapp runs outta gas in like 45 seconds. I saw him fight a Brazilian for three rounds and thought that was truly amazing. First time I watched Sapp fight ... the amazing part was the Brazilian. This guy took a serious pounding and I mean picked up and slam him down pounding. He took full-on head shots from Sapp and went on to take out Sapp in the third round with an arm-bar. Fricking awesome!

K-1 sucks IMO. During Sapp vs. Hoost Sapp could not answer the bell for the second round because he was so out of gas. THEY GAVE HIM A FUCKING EXTRA BREAK TO GET HIS WIND BACK!!!! Is that shit mayn. You can???t answer the bell to start the next round you loose. Period.

That was the Sapp vs. Noguira fight i've seen that was a great fight and if sapp didn't gas he would of got the decision.


No K-1 just takes care of sapp you should of seen the breaks they gave him during the kimo fight my god

but i still have a little faith in sapp if he goes back to training with maurice smith and josh barnett he'd do fucking awesome. well at least i'd hope he would.

Sapp's cardio is in need, but he should stay behind K-1 untill he is really ready to stand on his own. He would get beat down by the likes of Frank Mir or Vitor Belfort. Check out UFC in October for Tito Ortis vs Guy Mezger ...
