This is a simple recipe which i have been using for the past 4 years. I have made incredible gains from this old italian recipe...and it tastes great!!!!
First you start off with a cereal bowl, and pour 350ml of milk. Place this into a microwave for 3 minutes, making sure that you dont burn your fingers! Once ready, take out the bowl. Place to bits of bread in the toaster and wait. Once done...break the pieces of toast into the bowl of warm milk and wait. After 2 minutes of placeing the toast in, add 3 tablespoons of black coffee. Mix this, and then add 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil, a drop of cinnemmon and a clove of garlic. Place this back in the microwave for an additional minute. And there you have it! This is what we call in Italian "Zuppetta".
