I've been perusing these forums for quite some time now and I thought it would be a good idea to register a name. This seems like the place to be since I recognize a good amount of old names from other boards (LAM, Monstar, etc.). There appears to be a good amount of knowledgeable members with the physiques to back it up (although I know knowledge of the iron game isn't directly proportional to physique, but be honest, nobody wants to take advice from someone with 28% body fat just because he has 6,000 posts!). Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and I look forward to posting.
