started my 1st cycle monday morning, running test e at 500mgs a week and Dbol at 40 mgs aday, was nervous to poke my self but i did pretty well, used a 23gauge 1.5 inch needle, it went pretty smooth. also running arimidex at .5 eod and clomid for PCT.

stats as of right now are

21 years old
250 lbs rebounding from a ketogenic diet so i should put on weight quick
training for a few years now.

As far as diet goes im taking in about 450 grams of protein, around 500 grams of carbs and about 150grams of good fats. Also 8-10 hours of sleep a night.

Expecting to put on and keep around 15 lbs of muscle, will definitely take some before and after pics. thanks to all that helped with their advice, im sure ill be asking question thru out the cycle, much appreciated guys.

250 lb? How tall are you?

Thanks man. I know I'm a little too young to be using gear but like you said I did my homework hopefully the turnout is good. Ill keep you posted. Thanks again for the help
 
Hope you like being 6'2" :P You might not want to do so much dbol starting out though. I'd taper up from 20mg.
 
To be honest, I think my body peaked around 25 and I still had good gains up until 28. I've seen a decline in the past two years, which probably means my testosterone levels are declining some, as my libido isn't what it once was either. But I don't have blood tests to confirm this. Just going by what my body tells me.
 
Man you need to drop about 50lbs before you touch gear. But too late, so good luck. Why not start a log with some pics?
