hey im new on this forum and all so bear with me. I'm 16 years old and play baseball and football. I lift on a regular basis but i need to get bigger. I weigh 145 and am about 6' tall. I wanted to know what everyone knew about andro (i dont know the chemical name for it tho) I wanted to know what the benefits are from it cuz everyone i know that has taken it has blew up. I wanted 2 know if it works for everyone and if anyone knows if it might be safe for me or if its safe in general. Also i wanted 2 know some of the side affects of it and if it messes with ur body at all or nething. I also hear there is NO2 or something like that out that is basically "pussy andro", but is made for college athletes because andro is illegal for them so i would like 2 know if anyone knows about that as well. Then, i also would like 2 know if anyone knows of some better safe supplements. I'm going on an intense workout our team is now going on for football because one of our seniors has a brother that plays for the ARENA football leauge which is basically semi pro football for anyone that doesnt know. So any information is greatly appreciated and thank you in advance for any information that you guys can give me thanks.
 
i take it that your refering to 1-andro aka 1-ad

yeah it dose work (from what i've heard), i'm starting a cycle of it next month and hopefully i will blow up too :D

generally 1-ad is considered pretty safe for fit and healthy adult men, teens shouldn't really use 1-ad as it messes with your hormone levels and can affect/close your growth plates, i recommend reading this http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/showthread.php?t=27368 its a great introduction to 1-ad and pro-hormones, should answer a lot of your questions

my advice is to look at your diet and training and keep lifting hard, if you want to supplement get some whey protein, creatine, glutamine and zma, they will all be safe for you

due to your age (and unless you have been lifting and eating right for a good 3-5 years and have naturally plateau'd which i doubt you have) you should not be looking at using 1-ad and pro-hormones, not yet anyway, plus you need to do a lot more research on it first - but there really isn't much point as they will be banned soon

creatine and plently of good food and heavy weights will get you growing man! :thumb:

Hey man I'm in a similar situation as you and have a little experience with pro-hormones myself, including 1-AD, and I'm telling you bro don't listen to any of the dumbasses in your locker room. You would be horrified at what most athletess our age think they know about supplements, and what they actually know. I've had several dudes tell me they were sure creatine makes peoples nuts shrink....... :rolleyes: Pro-hormones aren't really an option for you because they're going to be a controlled substance in about 2 weeks, so you most likely won't have access to them, and they require a fair amount of research prior to use. Creatine is a good option for you, just don't go super crazy with it. Based on your height and weight it sounds like your pretty skinny and prolly have a really fast metabolism, so stuff your face to gain size, not as much fun as it sounds.....I'd recommend a plain creatine power for you at first like Optimum Nutrition's creatine powder, or Prolab creatine powder. Avoid fancy creatines like Cell-Tech, or other products like Swole and San V12. They're all pretty much marketing bullshit, 10% better than regular creatine for ten times the price..... Also find yourself a good whey protein like one of the ones from hhtp://www.alltheywhey.com Your size and strenght will come from your workouts and nutrition, supplements are just an add on, not the main ingredient, like icing on a cake.

At 16 I wouldn't even suggest taking ZMA. You're producing loads of test, don't screw with it.

Lift, eat, lift, eat, and eat some more. Make sure you're piling in the calories and you'll grow like crazy.
