Day 1: Cardio Only Day
Took 4 squirts because woke up starving and wanted to do cardio on an empty stomach.
suprisingly only took about 10-15 minutes and the hunger was gone, didn't feel full but it was just gone.
Normally on tuesdays, I can't get my last meal in until about 4-4.5 hrs after the one before that, and am starving at the 3 hr mark.
So 2 hrs after eating, I wasn't hungry yet but tried this as an appetite control, and actually didn't get hungry at all that night, but ate because I had to.
(The product says to not take more than 4 squirts every 2 hrs. But when I used it to prevent actually getting hungry the effects lasted a lot longer.)
Day 2: Training, and Zero Carb Day
Protein shake upon waking, but couldn't hit the gym til 2 hrs later, and was hungry so took 4 squirts on the way to the gym. Same results, hunger just went away, and had a great workout.
1.5 hrs after my noon meal I was starving again, so took another 4 squirts, then ended up eating later than planned. Killed the hunger again.
Had dinner, and after 2 turkey patties, was still hungry so decided to try it while I was still hungry even though I'd eaten. It seemed to take a little longer to kill the hunger that time, took about 20 minutes. But after dinner is always my hardest time on the zero carb days, I start to get cravings for surgar, of some sort, that or mixed nuts.
Strangely the cravings weren't there until around midnight, and then it was time to get some rest anyway.
So after 2 days, I have to say I'm totally suprised at this product, but curious to see if these results stay consistent. Just because some of it could be mentally saying, "ok I took this because it's supposed to kill hunger, so now I'm not hungry". I'll update this daily and we'll see how it turns out.
oh question for TK, is this product to be cycled so the body doesn't get used to it, and adapt?
