Hello everyone I found this site by accident while trying to look up the nutritional content in ground beef. I am very glad that I found it. I am 28 5'10 195lbs at 16% body fat. My first goal is to reach 200lbs @10%bodyfat, I am going to compete next March in the provincial novice category, if I can gain some more size. I have been training with Max-OT and German Volume(hard as hell). Keep up the great posts.
