Hey Everyone. I'm a 20 year old guy Originally from eastern Quebec who is now going to school in Ontario. I've been working out on and off for the past 3 years (mid-terms and exams always seem to put a hold on my work out time).
Came here to learn anything and everything about getting the maximum results out of the time I put into the gym. I go to the gym 6 out of 7 days a week so I want to make sure I make the most of the time there.
My biggest problem has always been diet, so look for a lot of questions from me there. I don't eat a lot of junk crap but I think I just need some tweaking and it should put me over the hump (I hope).
