Hello Everyone! Finally Able To Start Lifting Hard Again. Blown Out Shoulder In 2001!!!!!

26 Years Old
5'10"
220lbs

Goals: 210, Solid As Hell! (FOR NOW!!)

The Catch: To Do It Without Blowing Out My Shoulder Again!

Diet/supplement Suggestions Will Be Highly Appreciated!!!

Thanks

Ya, I was told to just do some light rows, and that I can never stretch out too much! Inclines, military's, and anything like that over head begin to bother it quite a bit after 3-4 sets, but I'm stupid and try to go too heavy! I'm definately open to new suggestions!

Thanks for the welcoming guys!

well, you need to strengthen the cuff for one thing. Google for cuff exercises.

I would go past 3 sets anyway, since youre new. I would definitely start out doing light weight and add just a few lbs to each workout (2.5 to 5 lbs) on most of the stuff above. You'll feel like a doofus just adding small time weight but it will pay off in the long run as you strie for perfect form.
If you need any help on how to do an exercise, I usually go here:

Remember, keep your form solid and dont get crazy with adding a ton of weight.
