another rant... training notebooks...wtf!

k, anyway, if you could actually understand what I wrote, if you keep a journal thats great. But guys who are in the gym every f-ing day and just walk around all lost with their stupid notebooks, sitting o the bench I need etc. gets a little old. I have never kept a journal, I seem to just be able to remember, or know instinctively what needs to be done and I just have at it.Thats all, I just wanted to rant and get your panties in a knot.

never said that.Grew up in Vancouver. Asian gangs , hells angels.good times. But on a funnier note, when I was like 20 I went to palm springs with a couple girlfriends and by accident pulled off the highway to get gas and I was in Compton. The clerk asked if I knew where I was..... Got outta there pretty quick. people in the hood kill for petty reasons, like dollars and shit.
 
I keep a journal at home and on here. Why? I like to keep track of my workouts so I don't fall into the same routine...which might I add, I have a history of. I keep a journal to monitor my calories, I keep a journal to monitor my weight progress (as in weights, not body weight), and I write my thoughts n such in there as well. Why? Because mood, as most know, affects my training/diet. So when I right it down, I can look at the problem before doing something dumb (skipping a workout, eating more then I should)

On that note, I probably am looking fatter and dumber too. Ayee.

Observation: You guys are acting worse then me, in terms of dramatics. Stop stroking your internet dicks and drop zee drama!
