My latest pain has been lower back pain. Don't think it is serious. I havent played raquet ball in years and decided to go back to it for cardio work. Lots of twisting movements involved in this sport. Feels like a bruise whenever I plant my feet and squeeze.
The pain is almost gone now but I wonder if any drug could have sped up the recovery. As you know athletes especially weightlifters wake up with elbow, wrist, knee, ankle, etc pains from the previous workout. Half the time I can't figure out what caused the injury. One week later the pain is gone and another one starts. Just wondering if reducing the swelling allows for faster healing time or if it only masks the problem. I can't see any swelling, I just assume that is what causes pain.
