Any feedback on blood work

Hey guys got blood work done. The first time doctor lost papers everything was normal besides ck and estriodal second time i got it done this is what came up told him to check test levels as well mine just shows free test i see others saying serum test and what not with crazy numbers in the thousands. Haven't run exact protocol as it is my first time but i pinned on a thursday and went and got blood drawn the following thursday.

Ps forgot to mention ran out of armidex 3 weeks ago haven't had chance to get my hands on anything as of yet got 2 weeks left
