Don't know if this question gets asked a lot, but I've been wondering if there's any research to support the need to load Creatine monohydrate. Beyond anecdotal evidence, I haven't seen anything.

Prince, do you load it? I mean, do you recommend loading the stuff?

Seems like an easy way to waste a lot of creatine quickly, but I have heard some anecdotal evidence that loading is helpful.

no, but I use CEE not CM.

CEE gives me the burps. Will never use it again, especially since mono gives me the same results.
As for loading, I've read, but cant remember where, that a 3 day loading period of 20g a day will be sufficient. That being said, I did both no-load and a 5 day and no-loading. I didnt see any difference other than the waste of money. A month later, is it told, you get the same results with a three day or five day load.
Guess it comes down to choice.
