By the way...

On July 14, 1986, Samhain performed what was to be their final show, at The Ritz in NYC. In attendance was Rick Rubin, who was scouting for potential bands to sign to his record label, Def Jam. Upon viewing Samhain's performance, Rubin was impressed with Glenn Danzig's powerful stage persona and vocal abilities. He approached him after the show and propositioned him. At first, he wished only to sign Danzig, with the intent of making him the vocalist for a hard rock supergroup that Rubin envisioned. However, Danzig refused to sign to Rubin's label without Samhain's bassist, Eerie Von, with whom Danzig had become great friends. Rubin agreed to sign Samhain, and he began making suggestions for the new direction he felt the band should take.
Yeah Glenn Danzig and NWA

Collect the heads of little girls and
Put ’em on my wall
Hack the heads off little girls and
Put ’em on my wall

Fuck that shit, cuz I ain't tha one
For a punk muthafucka with a badge and a gun
To be beatin on, and throwin in jail
We could go toe to toe in the middle of a cell

Then sprinkle some Pantera on for taste....

Young and dumb, truth and justice fantasy.
Fresh out of the academy.
Five time loser bust his head, make your day.
Unless you're paid off to look away.
Do you think this corruption will ever stop?
What makes a person wanna be a cop?
Ran a red light, storm the house and bust the guy.
Do you like to see his children cry?

The badge means you suck, a child lays there dead.
As you look back, what goes through your head?

Some still call him pig.

C'Mon, you mean to tell me that you don't view such songs as "All Murder, All Guts, All Fun" as positive uplifting music?
In all honesty, Samhain was a great band... Danzig's even better. However, I listen to music for entertainment, not it's moral value.
