Listen, you'll have to excuse me. I have a lunch meeting with Cliff Huxtable at the Four Seasons in 20 minutes.

I want it pretty bad and someone uploaded a crappy version a while back and Flea isnt too happy about it!

I'm going to actually pay for it when it comes out because having music on album is 10029x better than downloading it. I don't mind paying 12 bucks to get some of the best music out there. :)

Why is it better? The quality is exactly the same, and I can dl the cd label, and burn the image to a disk and it will look 100x similar.

I really love Red Hot Chili Peppers when the "Mother's Milk" album and "Blood Sugar Sex Magic," came out (1989, 1991)?

I really like the guitar player that left and then returned (forgot his name I must be getting old).

But I only jelled with a couple of songs on the "Californication" album and the latest album didn't click with me.

Over time, bands change, musicians change, life changes, we change.

Are you implying, that all this time, we've been alive?

John Frusciante ;)

Best guitar player IMO.

Also a great vocalist.

If you listen to the "By The Way" album, it may grow on you, it did for me - :thumb:

And for the record Mr Huckleberry is a much more well suited
guitarist than that freak Dave Navarro, although I think flea's infuence
came out a lot during his stint w/rhcp

BTW
I hate Dave cause he gets this...

I try to block out painful memories like that.

I didn't know they had a new album even. I think I might actually pay for this one. I just recently started listening to their stuff more; I think they're an awesome band.

Fufu:

Yes, Frusciante! How could I forget.

He's brilliant. Can say so much with so few notes. He moves me.

Monkey Man:

Yes, I should give "By the Way" a few more tries.....

This album is not too good. My advice, save your money and by the 2 or 3 good songs that will be singles off of i-tunes.... Or just buy Dani California, that's the best song on this 28 song album.

I just bought it yesterday. It is funkier than By the Way which is good. Still haven't listened to the 2nd disc though.

I take my original comment back. A lot of the songs have grown on me and I think the CD is worth getting.

I listened to both discs all the way through twice yesterday. I like it alot.
