I am in Seattle, LAM.
The tunneling project has started, but it is (as expected) running into "problems."
When it comes to doing anything in Seattle - like building a bridge that has been needed to be added to for decades and the Monorail - that failed.
People talk, discuss, talk, debate, sue, and then it NEVER gets f*cking done.
I will add some articles from my local rag if you want.
The tunnel may look good and may be convenient and aesthetic, but it will cost A LOT of money and definitely will be way over budget.
