I was looking for a cheat sheet of sorts for the gym and tried searching for various words. When I typed in things like muscle cheat sheet, or simple gym guide, nothing came up. I tried putting the words together like musclecheatsheet and simplegymguide and they pointed to the same site. Anyone bought the thing and found it useful for training?

Have you tried SparkNotes they might have something....

Me I use The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding, only real book I ever bought for my training, the rest were eBooks....
