Are all EFA Supplements equal?

I am going to buy some EFA's and I want to know if they all are equal.

I recommend Udos Choice Oil Blend if you can find it. I think this is the best formula on the market.

Can you get it at GNC or do you have to go online? My local supplement shop stopped carrying so much EFA supp.'s, that's the only reason why I'm asking if GNC has it. I quit buying supp's from them but if they have it I will get it.

GNC or a Vitamin Shoppe should have it. If not, I'd be suprised.
