Hey, I am new in this forum and i want some help from this forum.....

Currently I eat:

Breakfast: 3 egg whites with one yolk/ 1 cup of raspberries and strawberries/banana/one green apple or 1 cup of watermelon

Lunch: 1-2 cups of baby green salad and Avocado with olive oil, honey and apple cider vinegar dressing/1 scoop of Shakeology with water

snack: fruit or veggie

Dinner: homemade granola which is 2-3 tbsp. of peanut butter, rolled oats, 1 tsp of honey and cinnamon

late dinner is 1/3 cup of Quinoa

sometimes I may have 1/2 sweet patatoe or 1 cup of brown rice and kidney beans with Himalaya salt, and other spices

Am I eating enough to body-build?

Should I be eating more of something?

Please help me!!!

Thank You.....

Get a 4th and 5th meal in there. Research post workout nutrition. Thats a start to help you understand.

What Ray said. You have next to no protein in there. Also can you please include your current stats - height, weight, age, any guess at bodyfat%. Couldn't begin to guess if you're eating "enough" because that is relative to your body's size and demands. Are you eating the right things... nope. Again next to no protein. But subject to the lack of info on your body's actual needs, wouldn't venture to guess at the rest of your diet.

I thought the post was a joke at first myself. I mean measuring out Quinoa to a third of a cup. That's health food you are measuring not spaghettios.
