Today at the store I picked up some 100% natural reduced fat cheese sticks. They are 60 calories, 3g fat, 0g carbs, and 9g protein. The ingredients are pasterized part skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, and vitamin A palmitate. Are these ok to eat?

If they are the only ingredients then these are fine. They don't have a very good fat: carb ratio (are the calories are nearly even from the two things - 27 cals from fat and 36 cals from protein) but as long as you combined it appropriately then it should not prove a problem.

Natural is the most bullshit marketing word i've ever heard. WHAT DOES NATURAL MEAN? It can't be organic, because then it would be called ORGANIC. WHAT EXACTLY IS NATURAL? DOES THAT MEAN IT DOESNT CONTAIN PLASTIC?!!?!?!?!?!
