Ok guy am lost on this one so am posting it here to get some opinions from the vets, I have a few friends that I help with their AAS use by making suggestions and twicking their cycles to keep them safe, one of the text me this morning saying that his left nipple started hurting a lot a few days a go and now it was turning black and that it was so bad he could not even take a shower so he put a couple of bandaids and it helped with the pain but when he try to change them the areola pealed off exposing raw flesh, my answere right away was go to the doctor, he got an appointment set up but I still not sure what can be causing this, he is on Tren A, Test A, Dbol and Var and running aromasin and caber so everything should be in check, he doesn't have any lump under the nipple just an extreme tenderness, could it be that the the pain and tenderness where from his lacting glands and by putting on the bandaids the moisture caused it? Any in put will be appreciated.

I had a buddy with somthing similar but less intense. .. he started running and got a breathable shirt. The shirt had a logo right over his nipple. The new motion of running combined with the hot climate, moisture and rubbing of the logo caused an ugly chaffing to his nipple. He reported it to be painful but a new layer of skin grew back in a few weeks and he was gtg.

This could be a flesh eating disease. If he doesn't get it checked out he may have some pretty grave circumstances. Most are not serious but some are life threatening. Staph is all over everyones body. He may just be out of balance causing this outbreak.

Pain or no pain that is not a normal nipple action. He needs to get that examined ASAP. If that gets in his blood stream his heart valves will do the same thing and he could die our become permanently incapacitated.

in this case lack of pain is not a good sign. the tissue is necrotic. he needs a doctor. saline moist dressing until the degree of loss 'declares' itself and then clean the area and continue moist dressings until the wounds close.

It could be an infection from a necrotizing bacteria or it could be a type of tumor. Ive never heard of a skin cancer growing that fast but he needs medical attention now!

One question...why in the FUCK did this guy WAIT until AFTER his nipple peeled off to consider medical attention? The sheer idiocy of this action alone robs me of all empathy. I am sorry, but there are some desicions that are just inexcusable and reach the point where one must question another man's mental competence.
Your buddy can put his worries to rest about this being caused by AAS, as they do no such thing. Now, unless he is cool with other parts of his body turning black and falling off, maybe he should pull his head out of his asshole and see a doctor...immediately.

He had to travel to see a specialist since is weekend his doctor was not available, I haven't been able to talk to him but my other buddy says that they where out riding motocross and he thinks he may have bumped his chest on the handle bars, just like mike says I don't know WTF was he thinking waiting this dudes have money so that can't be an excuse, ill keep you'll updated. I know that for some this is comical but it's a good learning experience and an example for the new comers that if you don't research what you put into your body you would not know to differentiate AAS related sides to other health issues. RESEARCH PEOPLE.
