arginine question

3 grams in the am when waking and another 3 grams before bed should be sufficient

I take 2g pre-workout with Taurine, and 2g before bed. And like 4g thru the day from other sources...

I take about 5g in the morning on an empty stomach and another 5g pre-workout in my shake. I use Di-Arginine Malate, but the dosage might be different from product to product.

taurine for energy I assume?

I take taurine mainly for 2 reasons, first to help my heart and second for the vascular effects.

Men's Health just published a lab result that said giving mice the equivolent of a 14g dose to humans of Arginine resulted in burning 42% more belly fat.

sniff sniff...something smells like bullshit...

nothing supp wise (excluding multis) has really ever done "stuff" for me. But if you dont take supps youre stuck with the question of "i wonder if i would have made better gains if i did take supplement A or supplement B"

I agree. But the least you can do is try it out, and most importantly, do a lot of research before you squander your hard earned money. :thumb:
