Been BB quite a while, love the Iron, the challenge, the growth... physical mental & yes spirtual.

Looking great & feeling even better. Always adjusting & fine tuning rountines. Lots of bright minds here. Hoping to hear from some of you over time.

I'm based in Oregon U.S.A. so getting ready for the sunshine & hopefully a damm fine tan this year.
