I cant ever find anything that specifically targets the very top of the bicep..like right where it runs into the front of the deltoid...you gotta know that smaller than the rest void im talkin about...thanx

Stop thinking too much. Just do some chin ups, do some rows, and your biceps will get worked just fine.
