Alright so today I was putting on some socks to go out to the store. When I was flipping the sock inside out with a flicking motion (Similar to that of packing a tin of chewing tobacco) I had a real sharp pain in my arm. I would say the pain is from my forearm near the top.

I will give an example of where the pain is. Put your fist on the table as if you were doing a hammer curl It is a bit below (Closer to the hand rather than the shoulder) to where my elbow is. So it is very close to my elbow, but seems to be painful in the forearm.

I worked out yesterday doing back and triceps.

Deadlifts, Tricep Pulldowns, Facepulls, Seated Row, Standing Overhead Dumbell Extensions, Tricep Kickbacks, Bent Over Dumbell pulls (Cant think of the actual name right now, no idea why.) etc. There were a few more exercises in there but these are basically what I did.

I am curious if anyone could point out why I am having this pain. It only happens when I hold something heavy or flick my arm/wrist in the motion I mentioned before.

All advice and feedback is appreciated!
