I just finished watching a documentary on arm wrestling on Netflix called "Pulling John" EXTREMELY INTERESTING. Makes me want to inquire more about the sport! Anyone seen the documentary or arm wrestles competitively?

Never seen it but i may look it up now. I am not much of an arm wrestler but am impressed by the attachment strength required.

I've never seen this either, but the trailor does look pretty good. My only experience with arm wrestling is messing around and that movie, 'Over the Top' with Stallone.

IDK man look up spiral fractures to the forearm.

I knew one arm wrestler, big MOFO. he had a spiral fracture, which is very common in arm wrestling, and his arm took the better part of 6 months to heal. I looked up spiral fracture on google and I lost all intrest in arm wrestling
