well, was sick last week so i could'nt lift
so i go back to lifting today, when I was doing the tricept press down, my arms was shacking like crazy. it also happened to me when i was doing my bench
what the hell is causing this, i hope its not a serious problem
i've had this problem before, even times when i wasnt sick.
is there any way to stop this?
i stretch pretty well before i left, btw
