Arnold looks good especially considering his age. Half the guys on this forum have upper arms that are 5 inches smaller or more.

No doubt, Dr. prescribed and the best you can get I'm sure. Sly has managed to stay lean and ripped all the time whereas the Governor just started to look back in shape now that he is out of office. Cigar smoking has done no good for Arnold's face though, you can really see the age there.
