Has anybody used or had experience with Jeff Cavaliere's Athlean-X program. I know, as with most programs out there, if you stick with them you'll get some results, but I haven't seen the results I want from few of them even though I have been diligent in following them. I'm going for shredded muscular look, and loosing fat first and building later hasn't worked out for me that well as I end up getting back fat during my growth phase when I eat more, and while gaining muscle, can't seem to get the lean look I'm going for. This program looked interesting and easy enough to stick too, so any feedback from experiences is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't think so (at least not during the time I'm training for a goal). I usually follow some kind of plan (depending if I'm at loosing phase or gaining faze). I usually don't have problem loosing weight when I control my calorie intake to 1600-1800 calories, but can't seem to get rid of my gut fat (may be I give up too soon, like after 5-6 months) and I want to start muscle building again. Anyway, thanks for feedback.

It's your diet, not your training. Your own statement makes that clear. You stop your cutting phase before your goal is accomplished.
Think about it logically. If you want to lose belly fat, you don't even have to workout. Diet alone will accomplish this, the same can't be said for training. If you can't lose weight, the problem is in your diet.
