Video isnt as impressive as I thought, I am sure there will be critics on squat depth, but I have been taking some board members advice and pre exhausting my legs before squats so my hams and quads were extremely tight it was hard to go down deep. I need to work on better flexibility in my quads because they get so tight its hard to get deep. But here we go...
Also my legs had about 3 more reps in them, but I started feeling like I was going to passout. This was deep into our leg workout.
