There are not a lot of options because of aussie import laws.

I like Goliaths - it is good quality, tasty and pretty cheap if you get it online from some of the bulk places. They have also just come out with some great new flavours (mmmm... chocolate malt!!)...

VP2 is good for a hydrolysed whey - but it is $$.

There is also a flavourless, colourless natural protein put out by Natural Supplements (a branch of Redbak) - it is pretty good. They do a variety such as WPI, WPC, SPI, Egg Albumin... Pretty good products and the SPI and Egg are great to cook with.

yeah, ive seen redback around, what does wpc wpi etc mean?

The one I am speaking of does not have a redbak label - it is just put out by the same distributor. It has a green and white label with "Natural Health Supplements" written on it.

WPI = Whey protein isolate
WPC = Whey protein concentrate
SPI = Soy protein isolate

cool i'l look out for it. So which would you recomend out of WPI and WPC?

WPI has some slight advantage over WPC for PWO because it has less carb/fat... It also causes less bloating issues for those how can bloat from WPC.
