do avant labs fat loss gells really work? if so, could i use them to spot reduce on my love handles??

Lipoderm Ultra works well if you cut calories about 500/day under maintenance and give it a few weeks. It eats the love handles up, but they will be back when you bulk.

oh man, thanks so much! im so excited, love handles suck!

You can't spot reduce fat..
:finger:

Wait, you can??

they did not work for me or anybody that I personally know...........having said that, Avant is a company that I respect.

You can, but you have to cut calories and do cardio, too. It helps release the fat into your system to be burned, but if you don't burn it you know where it will end up. These gels are only a temporary solution at best .Lipo Ultra does do what it claims, though.

I got good results from Absolved. I wouldn't recommend it to a fat slob trying to lose 40 lbs, but if you are near 10-12% BF then I would recommend it.

Absolved worked very well for me. Lipo Y I didn't do much for me but Lipo Ultra I got great results by using it on my tricep area.

I am currently using LipoDerm-ULTRA. I've been using it for about 3 weeks. I am getting results. Background: I have a thin, lanky build - any fat I have is located in my love handles. Other than the slight love handles, I am in decent shape. I have waged battle with those damned love handles all my life.

I have been observing a stricter diet than normal while on Lipo. My cardio/llifting are about what they always are. After three weeks, I can definitely see a reduction in my love handles. Partly this could be explained by my stricter diet but I do believe Lipo has made a difference. For my situation, Lipo has worked.

I don't think there is any magic bullet on fat loss. First you must get your diet, lifting, and cardio routines in order. After that, supplements or transdermals may help or accelerate the fat loss process. But the basics must come first.

Got a website for Lipo Ultra? Thanks in advance.

That is correct, you cannot -- through exercise. In other words, when you exercise locally (say arm curls) you do not burn energy (fat) in the arms, rather, you burn whole-body energy. Same for the stomach.

Indeed, you can. Through various substances you can mobilize and/or burn fat, locally. Take any lipolytic agent (that is skin permeable) or that mobilizes fat (like Yohimbine) and put it in a carrier that allows local penetration of the fat cells, and bingo.

Beyond consumer feedback, is there proof that this works? I know that it should work in theory, but has there been human studies that proove it?

well, im gonna use it here in about a week, then ill give some feedback to the boards here.

With respect to theses specific products? Not that I am aware of, no. There is a plethora of user feedback and indirect scientific evidence, however.

I've had good results with LipoDerm-Ultra for chest fat and even Ab-Solved at 10-13% for cortisol control despite the general guideline being above 15% for VAT.
