Avoiding scar tissue with short ester cycles

So I have done 3 cycles. The first 2 I was only using glutes didn't know better. By the end of the cycle it starts getting REAL painful to pin my glutes im guessing that's scar tissue build up. I am doing a NPP and test prop cycle in a few weeks any tips on avoiding scar tissue. I'll prob do quads glutes and delts. What pins should I use for delts? Also anyone have bad scar tissue of the years? How many cycles did it take you to develop the scar tissue also were most short or long ester cycles? Im hoping my glutes aren't fucked up already.
 
try you delts they work good for me. and slin pin the triceps not to bad either. i also use my quads hope this helps
 
I slin pin pecs and tris then 25 on delts and glutes. I've only got slight tissue build up in my delts
 
i just started a test p and tren ace cycle, been using slin pins on delts and quads, 25g on glutes, give it a try
 
depends on the gear.. If you heat up your bottles you can gear gear to flow smooth through a 27g. I pin 25g 1 inch right now. I got sick of pinning 23g 1.5's. Delts I cant pin my delt without help, but I think a 1 inch 25+ is perfect. I hear of people saying just use 1 1/4 and go half way, but I am not into that logic. It makes it to easy to slid into a vain.

Their are 3 points in the quad you can inject.

I feel you... I like short esters much better. and I am currently running into several areas that are literally unusable. I have like two or three spots on every muscle. and I am very comprehsive about my rotation. and I still run into issues. my ass and chest are totally unusuable right now. which puts more stress on the delts, lats and quads. my advise is to learn how to pin everywhere... I pin triceps, hips and traps in a pinch, but i dont like it. fuck calves and bi's Ill stop using before I go back there
 
That's why i have my girl do it. There's no way I'd be able to hit my lats or glutes without help. I'm about the most unflexable person ever

ya the problem is I dno if I can get my gear into a slin pin. Right now I got some 29g for my hgh and peptides. I always pin in delt and glute so not really worried about the pinning aspect. Maybe if I heat up gear and use a 27g for triceps and 25g for delts. Should I use a 25g for glutes and quads also? Im thinking of giving glutes a break this cycle. I need to let them recover I was doing them way to much.
 
you can buy 30g tips and use a draw stick to get it in. Then warm the syringe. You wont be able to probably push it and will need some one to do it for you though. Unless you pin your bicep or chest. I have no issues with tissue, just rotate your quads with a 25g and us the 25 on delts.
