weeks 1-12 test e 250mg 2x week (1ml each)
I've read several posts that mention a plateau around week 8 so I was wondering should I try something like this instead?:
weeks 1-6 250mg 2x week (500mg)
weeks 7-10 375mg 2x week (750mg)
OR
weeks 7-9 500mg 2x week (1000mg)
This would cut 2-3 weeks off of my original plan but I might get more out of nine or ten weeks without a plateau versus 12 weeks with little to no progress after week 8.
I am starting week 5 of this today so I have 2 weeks still to decide on the best course of action.
Additionally, I am thinking the shorter cycle may be beneficial from a recovery standpoint since this is my first AAS cycle ever.
increases so far (with dbol kicker that ended yesterday):
flat bb bench press: increase from 280x5 to 320x5
shoulder bb press: 210x5 to 250x5
deadlifts: 300x5 to 330x5
squats: 500x8 to 500x8 (not really focusing on improving this, just maintaining)
weight: 245 up to 255
Thinking about using remaining cycle to cut bf% slightly while focusing less on strength increase since strength goals have been reached. I still want to increase enough that I can solidify these gains through PCT but I think I can do that without adding a whole lot more mass.
