i have sort of a problem. i currently work out at home, and would rather not spend the money on joining a gym because i already have this equipment. working out my chest, shoulders, biceps and triceps are quite easy at home. i have problems finding enough back exercises to do at home. all i know of is deadlifts and rows, and every time i look for exercises the only other ones i find are for gym machines. does anyone have a link to some good back exercises that i could do at home, or could explain some to me? also, i dont know wether to do deadlifts on a back day or a leg day because it works them both a lot. i want to make sure my back stays strong as everything else gets stronger. right now im just doing bent deadlifts on leg day and straight leg deadlifts on back day but i want to make sure i dont overstrain my back splitting it up like that, as im prone to injure my back.

P.S. my split is mon-chest/tris wed-legs fri-back/bis.

P.S. my girlfriend just called me gay for naming the topic baby got back.

Deadlifts are a superior compound movement for back. Power cleans, bent over rows, DB rows, pullovers, and upright rows are other good back exercises. Do your regular deadlifts on back day. Stiff leg deadlifts are mainly a hamstring exercise and should be done on leg day.

don't forget WG chins... awesome for lat development...
