New to the site.
I'm 32 and just got back into caring about my body around 8 months ago when a couple of us at work had a weight loss competition. The purse was $240 and I was very into the competition. It wasn't a weight loss comp, but rather a body fat loss competition that went on for 5 weeks. I started off at 19% at 199lbs and ended at 11% at 175 (starving and weak). I was hitting the weights for a while to try to increase muscle, then strict cardio to get as lean as possible. I never felt/looked better. I ended up loosing the competition by 0.2%, but it got me motivated.
I'm hoping this site will keep me motivated. It seems like there is a wealth of info to be tapped into here.
