I dont know why but its kind of hard to explain...so bare with me.
I cant really do squats beucase everytime i come up from them my knees have pain in them...its not only with that, somtimes when i go up stairs they hurt too. Its not when im going up them or doing the squats its when im done doing in...i dont know what to do. any comments?
