Bad swelling in ankle and knee

I pinned 250mgs of Test E in my right quad thursday. Friday i started to get some bad ass pain on my right knee and it swelled up like a balloon. No today my right ankle is the size of a basketball & i can barely walk. Is it connected to the test E? I dont know where the hell this swelling came from.

Unless you injured both your knee and ankle, it's probably high water retention. Up your dose of ai, you are taking an ai right?
