band training- good or no good?

band training

you might get something out of it for awhile if your new to training but im afraid its a dead end to any bodybuilding like results.
 
I use band training for rotator cuff movements.
 
Theyre like chains - an accessory to lifting with weights.

I think theyd be a useful maintenance tool if you couldnt get to the gym, though. Or if you went on holiday or something. It'd be nothing to put that in a suitcase.
 
Bands have their uses. There's no reason to go out of your way to do a band circuit, but it could be fun for variety sake. It's also a great way to get a good workout in while on vacation.
 
You could use a body weight workout just as well. Or you could just run on vacation for cardio. I must admit that the guy had fantastic form though.
